Club Row

Club Row is an opportunity for fellow organizations that identify as a radio club to have a booth to showcase what their club is all about.

  • Clubs are permitted to sell club branded items such as hats, cups, t-shirts and memberships. Clubs are requested to not sell other items such as radio gear etc. that vendors or tailgaters with paid admissions are selling. If you’d like to sell radio gear, please purchase a vendor booth.
  • With each complimentary Club Row ticket you get one parking voucher and two free admissions included.
  • Club Row booths are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. If your club would like a booth on Club Row, send an email to info@superstitionsuperfest.org. Be sure to include your club name, contact name, contact email and phone number.
  • No tables or chairs are included with Club Row booths.

Prohibited and Restricted Items

To ensure a safe, lawful, and enjoyable experience for all participants, certain items may not be displayed, sold, or brought onto the premises. The following restrictions apply to all vendors:

  • Weapons and Hazardous Devices: The sale or display of firearms, ammunition, explosives, flammable materials, tasers, stun guns, and Class 2 or higher lasers is strictly prohibited.
  • Illegal or Unsafe Items: Items containing exposed hazardous voltages, illegal substances, or stolen property are not permitted under any circumstances.
  • Licensed or Regulated Goods: Any item that requires a license, permit, or other governmental authorization to sell or possess is not allowed.
  • Hazardous Materials: Items requiring a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) or otherwise classified as hazardous must receive prior written approval from the Superfest Committee before being brought onto the premises.

Failure to comply with these restrictions may result in removal from the event and forfeiture of vendor fees. If you have any questions about these items, please email the Superfest Committee at info@superstitionsuperfest.org

This is a completely indoor event. Inclement weather will not be an issue for vendors, tailgaters or attendees alike. Aside from all of the typical items you might find at a swap meet, there will be an amazing opportunity to sit, either indoors or in the outdoor breezeway, and socialize.

Commercial and Flea Market (tailgate) vendors can use carts and wagons during load in/load out.

Recommended parking location is in or near Lot 4. This is the closest to Fieldhouse C.
